This site is Dedicated to all the Veterans of the United States and our Allies. We support all our troops, the Armed Forces of
the United States of America, their families, and its veterans. To
uphold the American principles of freedom, justice and equal rights for
ALL. While we have unwavering respect and support for our troops
serving in harm’s way, They really have no one to exclusively honor
them, to express to them America's gratitude for their sacrifice to our
great country. We honor not only those heroes wounded in today's war
but those who have served in all wars, conflicts and time of peace. Brick Order Form Click hereMessage BoardContact UsDisabled American Veterans of all eras have been involved in many different things in our lives whether we know it or not. The beginnings of Disabled American Veterans followed the wake of World War I, when thousands of American doughboys came home to an America that was not prepared to care for the carnage of war. More than 4.7 million Americans served, 53,500 were lost in combat. Accidents and illnesses (mostly from the deadly Spanish flu pandemic) took the lives of 63,000. More than 200,000 soldiers were wounded during the war. For the Disabled American Veterans, the outstanding achievement of its past 85 years is a remarkable testimonial for its future.
Veterans Affairs goal is to provide excellence in patient care, veterans' benefits and customer satisfaction. We have reformed our department internally and are striving for high quality, prompt and seamless service to veterans. Our department's employees continue to offer their dedication and commitment to help veterans get the services they have earned. Our nation's veterans deserve no less. Of the 25 million veterans currently alive, nearly three of every four served during a war or an official period of hostility. About a quarter of the nation's population -- approximately 70 million people -- are potentially eligible for VA benefits and services because they are veterans, family members or survivors of veterans. The American Legion was chartered by Congress in 1919 as a patriotic,
war-time veterans organization, devoted to mutual helpfulness. It is a
not-for-profit community-service organization which now numbers nearly
3 million members, men and women, in nearly 15,000 American Legion
posts worldwide.
Originally founded in 1899, the VFW continues to be a voice for
veterans, currently deployed members of our Armed Forces, and their
families. The 2.4 million members and its Auxiliaries are
located in 8,500 VFW Posts around the world. We are at heart an
organization dedicated to providing a place for all of those who have
sacrificed in our nation’s conflicts abroad. While we are a national
organization, we express this dedication through our local posts and
programs to support veterans, service members, and their families.
